Talk about made to order. Until recently, Club Car Carryall users from Miami to Minneapolis were limited to a one-size-fits-all cab, regardless of weather conditions or applications. That left some users in the cold; others, on the hot seat.
But that’s no longer true. College and medical campuses, government complexes, resorts, industrial sites and other users can now customize their Carryall cabs to their individual applications and climates.
“After listening to our customers, we set out to design and build a new cab,” says Kurt Meyer, commercial/industrial marketing manager. “The resulting modular cab system meets our customers’ expressed needs, offers unique features including a Roll-Over Protective Structure (ROPS) kit, and allows for real customization.”
The result of nearly three years of design, development and refinement, the cab fits all 2005 and newer Club Car Carryall 1, 2, 252 and 6 vehicles.
The cabs are available in two primary options — basic structure or basic cab — each of which can be customized with accessories. The basic structure features only the frame and roof structure, while the basic cab includes the frame, roof, fixed-glass front windshield, solid acrylic doors and a glass rear window. Both require heavy-duty front suspension.
The new cab offers many benefits including improved visibility, better ventilation and cold weather protection, to name a few. “When reduced labor costs are factored in, the new cab gives the end user real-world improvements at competitive pricing,” Meyer says.
A wide range of options and accessories let you customize your cab to your applications, weather conditions and safety needs. These include options such as a ROPS kit, an acoustical roof liner, high-impact front work lights and many more.
This modular cab carries a two-year warranty on new car purchases. The cab and its replacement parts are sold through a network of Authorized Club Car Dealers. To find a commercial/industrial dealer near you, visit www.clubcar.com and select “Dealer Locator.”
