Ventrac makes awesomely unique articulating compact tractors, which take a ton of attachments and can do a ton of jobs around a property. Just watch the new Ventrac 4500 in action at the Orrville, Ohio YMCA below. Executive director of the YMCA, Bob Witmer, had a dilemma. After the new construction of a childcare addition and fitness center, Witmer was faced with a ¾ acre lot that needed prepared for grass seed. One option was to gather lots of volunteers with hand rakes, but Ventrac came to the rescue. Two experienced operators using the Power Rake and Terra Rake, prepared the ground by removing rocks, leveling ground and smoothing dirt, creating the perfect bed for seeding. Enjoy below.
